Commission Policies
No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
Estimated time frame will be conveyed prior to start of the work, rush work will need to be discussed and surcharge may apply.
Price will be finalized prior to start of the work, and payment is required prior to the start of the work. Shipping prices will be available and paid upon completion of the piece.
Updates on the piece are made when the piece is ready for its initial firing and then before shipment to ensure the piece fits expectations.
